The Wye River and Separation Creek community and those interested in the area can provide their input in two ways – by registering online, or by visiting the One Stop Shop in Wye River or speaking with a DELWP representative at a community meeting.

Community members can speak directly to a DELWP representative by visiting the One Stop Shop in Wye River or at an upcoming community meeting.

A Weeds Consultative Committee has been set up to discuss weed management in the Wye River and Separation Creek area. If you would like to know more about how you can become involved in weed management projects, contact the Bushfire Recovery Line on 03 5232 9400 (select 1).

Registered shelter operators in Victoria are invited to submit an application for a fire emergency relief grant to DELWP. Application forms are available by calling the DELWP Customer Service Centre on 136 186.

A one-off payment of up to $500 (inc GST) is available to assist shelter operators to care for bushfire-affected wildlife. Grants will reimburse operators for animal feed and medical supplies and receipts for purchases will be required.
